The Mill

The main residence is a former Mill refurbished to an exacting standard with all modern amenities, the interior having recenty been featured in Irish Homes Interiors and Living. The accommodation consists of 5 double bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms and sleeps a maximum of 14 people. A high specification kitchen can seat up to 14 people as well as an extensive outdoor deck and sun terrace complete with outdoor kitchen and barbecue area. Ground Floor

Entrance Hallway & Bedrooms

Through our double width entrance doors leads onto a generously wide hallway with oak floors and the original stone circular staircase leading to the upper floors.

The hallway gives onto two master double bedrooms either side, both with ensuite bathrooms. Bedroom one to the right features a double bed fitted with a tempur mattress and Egyptian cotton bed linen. The room also features a writing desk and double aspect windows offering views towards the front and side aspect. The large en-suite is fitted with a modern shower, sink and toilet units. Bedroom two is similarly finished to the same high standard and features a wrought iron canopy bed and freestanding bath in addition to the shower unit.

First Floor

Kitchen & Lounge

Our beautiful handmade kitchen by Shaun Holyhead  features all modern amenintes and can seat 14 people (10 at the table and 4 at the bar). Crittal windows allow light to flood the space and natural oak floors provide a warm, contemporary feel which flows directly into the adjoining the living room.

Large sofas and mid-century armchairs complement the natural, painted stone walls with feature artwork and textiles to soften the mood. Hi-speed Wifi is available throughout the property and the lounge features a 55” TV with all satellite channels (UK and EU) plus Sky Sports and Netflix.

Bedrooms

On the second floor there are 3 further bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, sleeping a total of 10 people. Bedroom 3 features a velvet upholstered double sleigh-bed, a double bunk-bed plus ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 4 feature a king-size bed and a cot-bed plus ensuite with bath and shower-over and triple aspect views from the front towards the sea, back to the gardens and to the side over the tree-lined entrance  Bedroom 5 features a queen-size bed plus ensuite shower-room and spectacular views over the gardens and towards the sea

The front of the property provides ample parking space for up to Five cars. To the rear is a fully enclosed patio area with seating area, lighting and shade for up to 12 people. To the side is another raised seating areas to catch the morning sun. We have a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with fridge, sink, full-size gas barbecue and pizza oven. Beyond the patio area is a large lawned area fully enclosed by mature trees and bordered by a stream on one side. Towards the rear of the garden is a full-sized trampoline. A truly magical outdoor space to make your holiday especially memorable.
