Hidden away in two acres of mature woodland gardens with shared direct access to a private beach but still just over half an hour from Cork City, The Mill & Barn at Nohoval is the perfect place for a short break or a longer seaside escape in coastal Cork.

The property consists of two independent units, The Mill & The Barn which can be rented independently or together to provide accommodation for up to 18+ guests. The beautiful town of Kinsale, famous for its sailing and seafood is a 20 minute drive away.

The Mill

The main residence is a former Mill refurbished to an exacting standard with all modern amenities, the interior having recently been featured in Irish Homes Interiors and Living. The accommodation consists of 5 double bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms and sleeps a maximum of 12+ people. A high specification kitchen can seat up to 14 people as well as an extensive outdoor deck and sun terrace complete with outdoor kitchen and barbecue area.

The Barn

The Barn is our latest addition, a detached 3-bedroom unit fitted out to the same quality standards as The Mill. The accommodation consists of 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps a maximum of 6 people. A high specification kitchen and lounge area lead out to a stunning outdoor deck suspended above the stream below.

The Mill & Barn is set beside a natural stream and within acres of mature woodland just a 2-minute walk from the beach on the dramatic coastline of South West Cork. The property is approximately 8 minutes drive from Nohoval, 20 minutes from Kinsale and 35 minutes from Cork Airport.
